ABOUT THE BOOK

Everything they didn't teach you
about people at work.

Most business books teach you skills. This one teaches you how to read the room — and respond when things get confusing, tense, or just plain awkward.

The Business Social Survival Guide takes the Make It Make Sense™ Framework and applies it to the real, messy, unscripted moments that happen every day at work. The meeting that went sideways. The email that landed wrong. The conversation you still can't stop replaying.

Written from lived experience — including a few very public mistakes — this guide is for anyone who's ever felt like they missed the social memo at work.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Monica Meas

Monica is a social intelligence speaker, trainer, and consultant — and the creator of the Make It Make Sense™ Framework. She didn't learn social intelligence from a textbook. She reverse-engineered it from years of public mistakes, a few very awkward moments, and a deep curiosity about how human brains actually make sense of each other.

She is neurodivergent (ADHD & Autism), a board member of NSA Northwest, and a keynote speaker whose audiences consistently say the same thing: "I finally feel seen."
